How often should I wash my extensions?

We recommend washing your hair at least once per week. Use Sulfate Free shampoo with a PH not higher than 7. Do not massage. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Apply conditioner from weft to tips and comb through with a wide tooth comb. DO NOT COMB Curly Sue, Deep Wave, Loose Deep Wave, or Water Wave. With these textures you can run your fingers through. Rinse thoroughly and let air dry. NEVER BLOW DRY your extensions. This causes frizz and can ruin the texture of the hair. 

How Many Bundles will I need?

We recommend 3 bundles for the lenghts 10-18 and 4 bundles for lengths 20-28.

What is the length of the hair extensions?

Our current lengths are 10 inches to 30 inches. 

What is the quality of the hair extensions?

All of our extensions are 8A Grade 100% human hair. 

How to choose the right shade of hair extensions?

All textures and lengths come in 1B natural color. If you wish to choose a shade that matches your hair color, you can add the color option on the Coloring Services page. Please consult a Licensed Cosmetologist for coloring your natural hair. 

Do you have a return policy or exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refund or exchanges on any products purchased.

How long does shipping usually take?

Since we do not have a warehouse with thousands of products in inventory, once the item has been purchased we will then order the product and deliver to you. This process is between 10 to 14 business days.
